    A : You can sign up for back in stock email notifications on the product page, and we'll let you know as soon as it is back in stock.
  • Q : How can I reset my password if I forget it?
    A : No worries! On the login page, click "Forgot Password," and we'll guide you through the process of resetting it.
  • Q : Do I need an account to place an order?
    A : No, you can place an order without an account. However, we highly recommand you to create an account before place an order as only members will have access their order history and track their orders easily even if you've lost your confirmation email from us.
  • Q : How can I leave a product review?
    A : We love hearing your feedback! You can leave a review on the product page. Your insights will help us and fellow shoppers.
  • Q : How do I care for my stationery?
    A : Please check the product description for the best practices in maintaining your item's quality and longevity (if it requires it).
  • Q : How can I place an order?
    A : Simply browse through our website, select the items you love and add them to your cart. Once you are all set to checkout, click on "CART" button on the right upper corner, which will open a mini cart. Then click on the "View cart" button at the bottom of the mini cart, which will lead you to a "My Cart" page where you will be able to checkout to place an order. Click on the "Checkout" button and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
  • Q : What payment methods do you accept?
    A : We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Q : Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    A : Yes, we accept modification or cancellation for orders only that are not processed yet. However, as our processing time is between 1-3 business days, once an order is placed it processes pretty quickly, so please double-check on your personal information and order before confirming, and contact our customer support team at support@marshmallowstation.com for any changes or concerns.
  • Q : Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    A : Yes, you can change your shipping address, as long as it is before your order ships out. However, as we aim to process orders quickly, once the order has been processed and shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address for you, so please contact our customer support team at support@marshmallowstation.com immediately. We'll do our best to assist you.
  • Q : How can I track my order?
    A : Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped out, and will be informed which carrier will be providing delivery service for your order along with tracking number for your package. You will have to go to the service provider's website and type in your tracking number there to keep track of your package status. Keep in mind that trackings are only available if you choose advanced shipping services. (Trackings are NOT provided for Letter and Flat mails.)
  • Q : What is your return policy?
    A : We accept returns within 30 days from item received date only in it's original condition. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to request a return, and the customer will need to place a new order for it.   • Q : Do you offer international shipping?
    A : Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer international shipping. We ship ONLY within the United States.
  • Q : How do I contact customer support?
    A : We're always here to help! For any general questions or information about our store and products, please contact our customer information team via email at info@marshmallowstation.com. However, if you are in need of any assistance regarding your current/previous order, please contact our customer support team via email at support@marshmallowstation.com. We will get back to within 48 hours, and assist your needs accordingly.

    A : We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 hours. Our customer informtion/support team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • Q : Are there any size guides available for your products?
    A : Yes, we provide detailed size guides for each product on its respective page under "Product Description" section. Please ensure to check the sizing information before making a purchase.
  • Q : Can I change the size/color of an item in my order?
    A : You will only be able to make motifications to your order only if your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our support team at support@marshmallowstation.com immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
  • Q : Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?
    A : Yes, you will be able to receive a first-time discount code once you sign up for our newsletter. We will also have random special offers for our Instagram followers, so make sure to follow us on Instagram @marshmallow_station as well.
  • Q : How can I get updates about upcoming promotions?
    A : You can get updates about upcoming new arrivals and promotions by signing up for our newletter, and also make sure to follow our Instagram at @marshmallow_station to be the first one to figure out about our special promotions and newest product launches.
