Behind the Scene of Marshmallow Station: What We've Been Up To

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Marshmallow Station!

We hope you guys enjoyed your day off on Labor Day, as well as the Labor Day Sale we hosted on the day!

For the past few weeks, we’ve been introducing our amazing brands we are in partnership with, but this time we wanted to take a little break and give you guys some break from it as well. Today, we want to bring you guys on a little journey with us and share about our daily life as a stationery shop owner, such as things we do to improve our business and customer experience.

The first business card of Marshmallow Station

First, we've been up to designing and creating a business card for our shop. We've always wanted to create a business card to hand out to our customers, as it will help with branding our shop, and provide our shop information to our customers.

As this was our first business card, we wanted to make it simple, but have all the useful information about us included. We just received the completed business card from the print shop in South Korea this week, and we love how it turned out for the first try. We'll be including one in every order starting today, and we hope you guys like it as well!

Second, we are constantly restocking and searching for new products to bring in that our customers will love. When we first started this business we'd say we focused mostly on what we like and what we would like to share, as we didn't know the exact taste of our audience, but as we've been in this business for about a year and a half now, we are getting the hang of what our customers like and they are interested in.

Therefore, we now search for products within that middle ground where we look for products and designs that our customers will love along with the thought of what we want to share with our customers as we want to keep our brand identity where we share incredible products from South Korea that can't be found easily here in the United States.

Sneak peek of our "New Arrivals" (First reveal before updating to our shop)

Here's a little sneak peek of some of our exciting new arrivals that are fresh off the boat, and has not been updated on our shop yet. It includes a fresh selection of stickers, featuring the rising popular "Wagle Wagle Cats Sticker Series," from Littlecat Studio, as well as some new adorable sticker designs from io studio and pompomroom, that we are sure our US customers will love. This is the first time we're showcasing these products, and we are excited to see our customers' reactions. These new arrivals will only be available on our website, so stay tuned and don’t miss out!

As we've mentioned, these are just a sneak peek of our new arrivals as well as things we've been working on to improve our shop for our customers, and there are much more to come. We are always working hard to bring in fresh new products every day that we know will bring happiness to our customers, and we can’t wait to share them all with you guys over time.
