Before we dive in deeper about our shop story, we wanted to share some basic guidelines for our shop to better guide you through our newly launched website. If this is your first time shopping with us on our website, please take your time to read through and check out this post as these tips will definitely help you have a great experience with us. Create an account and become a member

While you can still place orders without creating an account, we highly recommand you to create an account before making a purchase as only members will be able to track their order and order history after you make a purchase on our website. Also, we are rewarding 500 complimentary reward points to new members, which can be redeemed for $5 off coupon for your purchase and you will be able to use it right away on your first purchase with us.

Freebies are included in every order

Free shipping on all orders above $35 USD

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $35 USD (before tax). Free shipping will be automatically applied if you qulify, and you'll be able to view it on your cart before checkout. There will still be shipping options you can choose from, but all free shipping orders will be shipped out with standard shipping unless you choose expedite shipping with additional cost.

Shipping Service Information

We offer shipping services only within the United States. Also, please triple check your shipping information before confirming your order at checkout, as shipping addresses cannot be edited once the order is processed and shipped out.

Track your orders

All orders ship with tracking, except for "USPS First-Class Letter Mails and Flat Mails - Non-trackable" options. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. If you are a member, you can also track your orders through our website under "My Orders" page and by clicking on "Track Order." (I'll include a guide photo below to help.)

Earn reward points

We now have a reward points program for our website members where you earn 5 point for every $1 you spend, and every 500 points you collect, you can redeem a $5 off discount coupon for your purchase. We are currently rewarding 500 complimentary reward points for new members, which you can use it right away on your first purchase with us, so don't be hesitant and become our member now!

You can use your reward points by going to the "My Rewards" under Account page to redeem a discount code, or directly apply them during checkout. (I'll include a guide photo below to help.)

Important Information for Non-Members

While you can still place an order without becoming a member, there are a few important things for you to keep in mind:

Tracking Orders: Non-members can only track their orders through the confirmation email they receive from us when their order is shipped. If you happen to provide wrong email address for us, you won't be able to receive your order confirmation email that includes your tracking information or any updates that we inform you about your orders.

Contact Information: If the wrong contact information was provided to us, and we run into any issues with your order or shipping information, we won't be able to correct the issue as we won't be able to get in touch with you. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for issues arising from incorrect information provided by non-members.

Reward Points: Non-members won't be able to earn any reward points. Members earn points when they sign up and for every purchase they make, which can be redeemed for special discounts on their future orders.

To enjoy all the benefits of our website including easier checkout, order tracking, resolving unforeseen order issues, and earning reward points for your purchases, we highly recommend creating an account before placing an order. This ensures a smoother shopping experience and helps us fulfill your order more effectively.
