Return Policy

Welcome to Marshmallow Station!

 

We appreciate your support, and request your adherence to our "Return Policy" for a secure and efficient shopping experience. We strive to provide high-quality stationery products to our valued customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please carefully review the following:

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of the shipment received date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in it's original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a return, and also keep in mind that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order as it already has been used to pay the shipping carriers for the service to deliver your order.

2. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return package, we will notify you that we have received your returned item safely. Then we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item.

  • Our return processing time will be between 1-3 business days.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time of the refund will generally take between 3-7 business days. However, the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs on your order

 

3. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept exchanges

  • If you'd like to make an exchange, we kindly ask you to request a refund, and place a new order for the item you want instead. 

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return, and keep in mind that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order as it already ahs been used to pay the shipping carriers for the service to deliver your order. 

 

4. Damaged/Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact our support team immediately within 3 days of shipment received date. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund

  • If you contact us after 3 days of receiving your package, we may not be able to process your request

  • In the email, please include your name, order number, name of the product you are having an issue with description of the issue, and provide clear photos of the damaged/deffective item showing the damage (please include a photo of the original parcel package you received your order in if the package was damaged as well).

  • Please note that providing evidence photos are MANDATORY for this request.

  • As if all the requirements are fulfilled and qualified, the shipping costs for the replacement shipping cost will be covered by us

 

5. Missing Items:

  • If you are missing an item from the received package, please contact our customer support team immediately within 3 days of shipment received date. We will arrange for a reshipment or a refund

  • In the email, please include your name, order number, name of the product you are missing from your order, and provide photos of your entire order clearly showing every item from the package, and with the original parcel packaging that you've received your order in as well.

  • If you contact us after 3 days of receiving your package, we may not be able to process your request

  • Please note that providing evidence photos are MANDATORY for this request.

  • As if all the requirements are fulfilled and qualified, the shipping costs for the reshipment will be covered by us

 

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • The customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

 

7. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@marshmallowstation.com.

  • In the email, please include your name, order number, name of the product you are trying to return, a reason for requesting a return (for us to better understand your situation and assist you accordingly), and provide a clear photos of the item.
